How much will this cost? 

Below is a breakdown of our wedding services and pricing.

RØDO

Ceremony: $500+: Includes a two-speaker sound system, wireless headset/lapel mic for officiant, wireless mic for announcements, and all necessary music programming.

Reception $2500+: Includes a full sound system, cocktail hour music, DJ/MC services, uplit DJ booth, up to 3 wireless microphones, and 2 intelligent wash lights.

Bookings require a $3,500 spend minimum.

Multiple-day & out-of-state bookings require a $7,000 spend minimum.

Pricing may vary for destination/travel events based on scope & distance. Travel charges do not apply to spend minimums.

Add-ons:

Lighting

Uplighting: $700 - $1400  - Includes between 8 - 16 wireless RGBAW uplights. Also includes an uplighting package for the ceremony (contingent on the same location, single day).

Wash Lighting: $1000  - Includes two additional moving LED wash lights for dedicated spot/wash, ceiling wash, and basic dance lighting.

Intelligent Lighting: $1500 - $2500 - Includes 4, 6, or 8 280W moving head fixtures on a scrim-wrapped 8’ vertical box truss, lighting technician, and a water-based haze machine (venue permitting).

Laser: $800 - A safe-but-powerful RGB laser fixture that will paint the room and dance floor for a nightclub-like experience.

Pinspot Lights: $800 - $1200 - Includes 10 or 20 warm-white, battery-operated, magnetic LED spotlights. Use them to highlight the cake, your flowers, or even grandpa Joe.

Decor Gobo: $400 - $600 - Includes 2 or 4 patterned decor patterns projected from a warm white LED light fixture.

Effects

Cold Sparkler: $600 - A safe-to-use spark machine that emits a cold-to-the-touch fountain of sparks, which are not subject to catching fire for a dazzling simulated pyrotechnic experience.

Haze Machine: $400 - A water-based haze machine to accentuate lighting (venue permitting).

Handheld CO2 Cannon: $800 - Includes a handheld CO2 Cannon and all necessary hardware. This is a similar result to what you see at large festivals and the best nightclubs. It makes a loud satisfying hiss sound and cools down everyone in the blast radius.
